Welcome to the TCU chapter of the Residence Hall Association (RHA)! We are very excited to share our information with you, and we encourage you to contact us with any questions!
RHA has continued to grow on campus over the last several years. This growth has been displayed in the number campus programs sponsored by RHA, the number of regional and national conferences RHA has attended in recent years, as well as the regional and national awards our chapter has been recognized with. All of our organization’s efforts and growth have been with the sole intent of benefiting the students living in the residence halls!
RHA is an organization of on campus residents that serves as a liaison between on campus students and the Office of Residential Services, provides quality campus wide programming and works to foster leadership in residents. RHA also exists to review and recommend policies and procedures that address the needs and interests of residence hall students. The voting body of RHA consists of individual delegates, known as RHA Delegates, nominated from each of the thirteen residence halls on campus. Additionally, on campus residents are welcome and encouraged to participate in RHA General Assembly meetings and campus wide events.
Mission:
The Residence Hall Association at Texas Christian University will work together with the Office of Residential Services (ORS) in an effort to serve and encourage a healthy living environment, as well as promote residential community development by providing residents with campus wide programming along with a forum to voice ideas, opinions, and concerns.
Motto:
“Of the residents, for the residents, by the residents”
