Our Resident Assistants receive a comprehensive compensation package along with a variety of professional and personal development opportunities. The Resident Assistant position offers experience and compensation that will truly enhance the college experience and beyond. Our goal is to develop each Resident Assistant and give valuable opportunities to receive key experiences that will enhance a resume and build character.

Resident Assistants receive the following items as compensation:

• Compensated room space: this is offered as a single when space allows.
• All RAs receive room and board as a part of their compensation. Returning RAs receive the gold dining plan and new RAs receive the silver dining plan. 
• All RAs are paid a stipend for attending training in the fall and spring semesters.
• Assistant Hall Directors receive an additional stipend per semester for their service.
• Additional opportunities to work at each hall front office.
• Incredible professional development experience through Resident Assistant training and development opportunities.
