Craig Allen
Craig Allen is the Director of Residential Services at Texas Christian University.  He received his MA in Higher Education/Student Personnel at the University of Arizona and his BS in Marketing at the State University of New York at Oswego. 

 

Craig worked at Seton Hall University from 1995 - 2005, serving as Director of Housing and Residence Life there from June 1998 to August 2005.  Craig served as VP/President of the Mid-Atlantic Association of College and University Housing Officers (MACUHO) from 2003-04 and he currently is a member of the Association of College and University Housing Officers - international (ACUHO-I) Conference Program Committee. 

 

Craig resides in Keller with his wife Shannon and three children.  He enjoys golf, TCU football and travel.

Robin Williamson
Robin Williamson is the Associate Director of Administration. Robin has worked at TCU since September 2001. During her career at TCU, she was the first, full-time Director of Community Service before she took the Associate Director position in May 2004.

 

Robin received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Loyola University Chicago with a major in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry. She received her Master’s of Education Degree from the University of South Carolina with a major in Student Personnel Services. She has worked professionally at the University of Alaska Anchorage, Marquette University, and Case Western Reserve University.

 

Robin is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Texas with a major in Institutional Effectiveness.

David Cooper
David Cooper is the Associate Director of Residence Life at Texas Christian University.  He received his MA in Higher Education Administration from West Virginia University and his BA in Education from Fairmont State University.  He has worked professionally at Davis & Elkins College, the University of Maryland, Kean University, Louisiana State University, Coca-Cola Enterprises and the University of Toledo.  David also is the Co-Chair Candidate Services for the 2008 ACUHO-I/NASPA Placement Exchange in Boston.   

 

Coop resides in Fort Worth with his wife Domini, daughters Zoë Matilda, Evelyn Louise and two dogs.

Heather Miller
Heather Miller the Assistant Director of Residence Life, received her BA from Loyola University in New Orleans and her MS in Higher Education from the University of North Texas. 

 

Heather came to TCU after working at The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and Austin College in Sherman, TX.

 

Heather's top 5 Strenghtsquest strengths are Individualization, Empathy, Harmony, Restorative, and Developer.

Richard Oliver
Richard Oliver is the Assistant Director of Facilities for Residential Services. He has worked at TCU for 16 years and earned his Bachelor of General Studies Degree from TCU in 1986.

 

Richard is an avid Frog fan and has been coming to TCU Football games since he was five years old. He resides in Peaster with his wife Sherry, has two sons and 4 grandchildren.

 

He is currently the President of Bikers Against Child Abuse and on the Board of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children.

Mindy Hollan
Mindy Hollan is the Assistant Director of Assignments and has previously worked at The University of Louisiana-Monroe and Vanderbilt University as the Assistant Director of Residence Life.

 

She has a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Arts Degree in Counseling and Guidance, both from Louisiana Tech University.

John Hernandez
John Hernandez is the Manager of Residential Housekeeping. He has worked at TCU since June of 2001. During his career here at TCU, he worked in the Physical Plant as an irrigation specialist for about 6 months, in Residential Services as a maintenance specialist for about 2 ½ years and then became the Manager for Residential Housekeeping. John was recognized as the Metropolitan "Who's Who" of top Executives and Professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

 

Prior to TCU, John worked at Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas. While at Sul Ross State, John was a student as well as a full time employee.

 

John spends much of his time with his wife Lauren, their son Ty and their two dogs Bella and Max. John enjoys traveling and all sporting events.

Kathy Smith
Kathy Smith is the Coordinator of Information Systems for Residential Services. She has her Bachelor and Master degrees from TCU and has been on campus as either a student or staff member since 1976.

 

Prior to working in Residential Services, Kathy worked in the Music Library, Financial Services and Human Resources. Her other interests at TCU revolve around the TCU Ex-Bandsmen Association where she has served as an officer and Webmaster since 1998.

 

Kathy spends as much time as possible with her husband Craig, her grown children, Chad and Corey, who are all TCU alumni or soon will be. Go Frogs!

Jennifer Rattliff
Jennifer Rattliff is the Administrative Assistant of Residential Services.  Prior to coming to TCU, Jennifer was the Administrative Assistant at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic School, Diocese of Fort Worth. 

 

She is an avid Horned Frog and New Orleans Saints fan.  She enjoys spending time with her family and in her spare time continues to volunteer time to service projects in her community.

Ken Burnham
Ken Burnham is the Maintenance Specialist, and assistant to Richard Oliver in residential services. Ken was formerly with the housekeeping staff.

He attended the University of Texas at Arlington. He is married and has two children, two dogs, two cats, and two fish. Ken is a collector of vinyl records.
