Hall Directors



Sofia Rios
Sofia Rios is the Hall Director of Brachman and Wiggins Hall. Sofia, a native of Mexico City, graduated from TCU in 2007 and received her Bachelor's in Sociology and Radio, Television, and Film. During her time as a student, Sofia was employed by Residential Services as a Resident Assistant, Head Resident Assistant and Assistant Hall Director.

 

Sofia received honors such as the Julie Wall Award for Outstanding Dedication, the Austin L. Porterfield Award, and was nominated for Ms. TCU 2005. She loves traveling, movies, musicals, and meeting new people.

Jeremy Steidl
Jeremy Steidl is the Hall Director for Clark and Jarvis Hall and RHA Advisor. Jeremy recently arrived from Georgia College & State University, where he obtained his Master’s in Public Administration, having received his Bachelor's in History from Jacksonville University.

 

Prior to arriving at TCU, Jeremy worked as a Resident Director at GC&SU and became a proud member of NRHH. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys reading, biking, and spending time with his residents.

Ele Ford
Ele Ford is the Hall Director for Colby Hall. As a newcomer to Texas, she has also worked as a Program Coordinator and Hall Director at the University of Florida, with internships at the University of the South-Sewanee and Agnes Scott College.

 

Ele has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Mathematics from Sewanee and a Master’s degree in Education concentrating on Student Personnel in Higher Education from the University of Florida.

Bridgit Breslow
Bridgit Breslow is the Hall Director of Foster Hall, which houses co-ed freshmen Horned Frogs. She is excited to help “foster” spirit, unity, and inclusiveness within this hall during her first year at TCU.

 

A native Texan, Bridgit was raised in Houston and Southlake. She received a B.A. in English and Psychology from the University of Texas - Austin and a M.S. in Higher Education Administration: Emphasis in Student Affairs from Iowa State University. Her previous work experience includes Disability Services, Academic Success Services, Summer Conference Services, and of course, serving as an RA in undergrad! She also loves football, and is excited for some big TCU wins!

Chris Sewalish
Chris Sewalish is the Hall Director for Milton Daniel hall, which houses traditional freshman students and freshman honors students. Excited to be a part of the TCU community, Chris looks forward to working with the incredible RA's and Residential Services staff.

 

Hailing from Milwaukee, Wisconsin (GO BREWERS!!!) Chris completed his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh in Psychology and Religious Studies and his Master's Degree from Western Illinois University in College Student Personnel. Chris's main focus in graduate school related to Men's Development, Greek Life and Student Development Theory.

Dennis Siaw-Lattey
Dennis Siaw-Lattey is the Hall Director of Moncrief Hall at TCU.  Dennis graduated from TCU in 2007 with a Bachelors in Psychology and worked for Residential Services as a Resident Assistant, a Head Resident Assistant and an Interim Hall Director. While attending TCU, Dennis was a member of the TCU Horned Frog Marching Band, Jazz Band and Wind Symphony. In his spare time Dennis loves watching football, traveling and being with his Family.

Rachel Siron
Rachel Siron is the Hall Director for two of our new residence halls, which house upperclassmen and honors students. She will also coordinate the development of our Living, Learning Communities.  Thrilled to be a Horned Frog, Rachel is looking forward to the TCU community and working within the Student Affairs division!  

 

Born and raised in the midwest, Rachel received her bachelor's degree in English, emphasis in Public Relations from Missouri Western State University. Upon graduation, Rachel traveled as a Leadership Consultant for her national sorority, Sigma Sigma Sigma.  After traveling the country for a year, she attended the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!) to receive her degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs. Rachel's focal areas are living, learning communities, students of faith, and first-year students.

Jennifer Alvarez
Jennifer Alvarez is in her third year at TCU as the Sherley Hall Director.

 

She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Education Administration at TCU.

 

In her spare time, Jennifer likes travel, shop and spend time with her family.

Christy Lehew
Christy Lehew is the Hall Director of the Tom Brown Pete Wright Apartment Community and the Graduate Student Apartments. 

Since completing a BS in Biology, Christy has worked as a Resident Director at Indiana Wesleyan University and John Brown University, and as the Asst. Director of Student Life at Texas Wesleyan University.

Luke Morrill
Luke Morrill is the Hall Director for Waits hall. New to the Lone Star State and Horned Frog country, Luke is excited to work with all the amazing TCU students here on campus!


Hailing from Arkansas, Luke completed his B.A. from Arkansas Tech University in Broadcast Journalism and his Master's Degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in Student Affairs Counseling. Luke’s main focus in graduate school related to Student Organizations, Greek Life and Student Development Theory.
