
Housing assignments are processed on a continuous basis.
Any changes in assignment status will be posted on my.tcu.edu.

To submit your housing preferences, please follow these simple steps:
• Log into my.tcu.edu
• Click on Housing and Residence Life
• Click on FrogLife
• Click on Living Preferences
> All questions must be answered before moving forward
> Once you have answered all questions and selected your hall
preferences, hit the Next button and print the page for your
records
> Submitting your preferences does not guarantee placement in
a particular hall or with a particular roommate
• Click on Pick Your Dining Plan
> Click “I Agree” then hit the Submit button
> Click the box next to the Dining Plan that best fits your
needs, then hit Save
> If you do not select a dining plan, you will be assigned
the Silver plan
> You have until August 1 to make changes to your dining selection
• Click on Roommate Preference (if applicable)
> Read the instructions and hit Next
> Enter the Last Name and First Name of your preferred roommate
and hit Search
> Once the search results are complete, click the box next to
your preferred roommate and hit the Select button
> All roommate requests must be mutual at the time of assignment
• Sign Out
** You may review your preferences at any time by clicking on the FrogLife Preferences ** FrogLife will close on June 15 and no requests will be accepted until after assignments have been posted!
Freshman Interest Groups (FIGs): FIGs are a great way to get involved and meet people who are interested in some of the same things you are. If you’re interested in applying to be in a FIG or just want to find out more about the program, please visit http://www.rlh.tcu.edu/FIGs.htm or email figs@tcu.edu. Please note you must complete the FIG application if you are interested in being a part of those communities. The FrogLife survey is required for all incoming students and is separate from the FIG application.

If you are an incoming FRESHMAN:
• You must live on-campus or at home with parent(s)/legal guardian(s).
• If you plan to live at home, we must receive a signed/mailed letter from your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) local address stating this information, including your TCU ID# and a phone number at which they may be reached.
• If you have not processed your Advance Housing Payment (AHP), please do so immediately! On-campus housing is guaranteed if you process the AHP on or before May 1st.
• On or around May 1st, our office will email you with instructions on how to submit your hall and/or roommate preferences. You will have until June 15 to submit those preferences.
• All roommate requests must be mutual and submitted by both students between May 1 and June 15 thru my.tcu.edu.
• No requests are guaranteed.
• Assignment information will be posted to my.tcu.edu beginning mid-July.
If you are a rising SOPHOMORE:
• You must live on-campus or in other university-approved housing: Greek Chapter House, the GrandMarc or at home with parent(s)/legal guardian(s).
• If you plan to live on-campus (including a Greek Chapter House) and have not processed your AHP, you must pay the AHP by May 1, 2009.
• If you plan to live at home, we must receive a signed/mailed letter from your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) local address stating this information, including your TCU ID# and a phone number at which they may be reached.
• Your TCU student account must be current; therefore, the minimum amount due on your March bill MUST BE PAID on or before April 5. For financial questions, please contact Student Financial Services in Sadler 104 or at (817)257-7834.
• If you are not returning to TCU for Fall 2009, please email this information to via our website on the Ask a Question page and include your TCU ID.
