Full Academic Year Housing
Full Academic Year housing is available in all TCU residence Halls, except for the Fraternity and Sorority halls. You will move in to your room in August and move out in May. Staff will be on duty throughout the entire academic year so there is no need to leave during breaks including Winter Break! You will be able to come and go during breaks if you wish, but you must sign up at my.tcu.edu by December 15 for security reasons if you will be here over Winter Break. Welcome to your new home on campus at TCU!
Living on campus at TCU is entering a contract either for the full Academic Year or, if entered into after the start of the Academic Year, the balance of the Academic Year. The contract will be terminated without penalty after the Fall semester for December graduates. All other TCU students who enter into this agreement are obligated financially for a FULL ACADEMIC YEAR as long as they remain enrolled at TCU. This contract is a license to occupy space and is not guarantee for a particular residence hall, room, or roommate.
