$250 deposit required per resident student (this is not split between roommates)

$2,800 per bedroom/per semester (Fall and Spring)
   - Full apartment is $5,600/semester (Fall and Spring)

June and July are billed monthly at $600/month per bedroom ($1,200/month for full apartment)

Housing charges are billed to resident's student account and must be paid in the same manner as tuition. Finance charges will apply each month to unpaid balances. Paying the semester charge over time is a payment plan, not monthly rent.

maximum occupancy – two TCU graduate students of the same gender or a married couple and up to 2 dependent children
One student may chose to apply for sole occupancy in an apartment and pay the full apartment rate.
Students may list a requested roommate or may indicate interest in being paired with a roommate. Once a space has been offered to an applicant, contact information of other accepted applicants will be provided to assist students in determining roommate requests. Only mutual requests will be considered. Requests will be honored as space is available.
