TCU Residential Services is pleased to announce that your search for an off-campus apartment that is close to campus just got easier!  The GrandMarc at WestBerry is a unique apartment building that features a variety of apartment options, parking deck, pool, TCU internet and much more all in a location so close to campus, it's practically on campus!

 

Please remember that first and second year non-transfer students who begin TCU in Summer 2009 or Fall 2009 or will begin Spring 2010 or later must reside in on-campus housing for their first two years at TCU.

 

The GrandMarc is privately owned and operated, but was developed in partnership with TCU to meet the growing need for apartment style housing for TCU students. For those students who will be second year students in Fall 2009, special exemptions to live in the GrandMarc may be provided. Information about these exemptions will be provided in February during Fall Housing Sign-Ups.
